In addition to this highly collaborative work, he/she is expected to be a leader across the university and within the business, professional, and broader academic communities.

This critical faculty position is a 12-month, full time appointment, and a suitable portion of the standard annual teaching load for SBL faculty will be directed to accommodate the aforementioned priorities. Teaching responsibilities will be based predominantly in the geographical area that encompasses IWU regional education centers in Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio, and Florence, Kentucky. On occasion, teaching assignments could entail other Midwestern locations (in Kentucky or Indiana) and/or online.
